About Our SMS Service

RadarSolutions provides scheduling and dispatch automation for mobile ADAS calibration service providers. Our SMS notification service delivers appointment confirmations, job status updates, and scheduling notifications to collision repair shops and field technicians.

You consent to receive SMS notifications from RadarSolutions through one of the following methods:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and role. Shops typically receive 1-5 messages per scheduled appointment. Technicians may receive multiple messages per day based on job assignments and schedule changes.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from RadarSolutions. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS notifications. Text HELP for assistance.

Costs

RadarSolutions does not charge for SMS notifications. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Privacy

Your phone number and information are used solely for service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
